Stirnweiss Brenner Rechtsanwälte is a mid-sized criminal law firm that operates successfully in Germany and internationally. We advise clients and companies in all complex areas of criminal law and tax criminal law, as well as in adversarial proceedings before the courts.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for open-minded, highly qualified and communicative trainee lawyers (m/f/d) with a strong interest in defence strategies and complex legal issues.

Unlike other firms, we do not have to look for our team spirit in (hybrid) video conferences. We already live it. At the latest, you will experience it in person at our Friday after-work drink.

You are the right fit for us if you

have completed your law degree with above-average results
have business-fluent English skills
have a strong interest in legal and commercial matters and do not need to look for motivation out on the street
have an affinity for “crime” (watching “Tatort” is not enough)
chose criminal law/criminology as a focus area in the First State Examination in Law and/or choose it in the Second State Examination in Law (or will do so) (this is not a requirement)
are ambitious, demanding and precise

Your profile:

You have your school-leaving qualification (intermediate secondary school certificate/A-levels) and are keen on an exciting apprenticeship.
You love organising things and are not fazed by bloody file contents.
You are a team player, friendly and flexible—and can laugh at yourself sometimes.
MS Office is not a closed book to you.
You are not afraid to communicate with people—even when things get hectic.
Service orientation and discretion are not foreign words to you.
