Schwäbisch Gmünd District Court rules on building contractor

A 34-year-old was charged with breach of trust and fraud in connection with the accounting of a construction company. After five days of trial, the competent lay assessor court has now imposed a prison sentence.

Attorney Kristina Brandt appeared as defense counsel for the accused; the Gmünder Tagespost reported on the verdict in its print edition on May 11.
