In the case of the investigation at the state economic development agency, Baden-Württemberg International (BWI), which the Stuttgarter Zeitung recently reported on here, attorneys Martin Stirnweiss and Mathias Brenner recently secured the discontinuation of proceedings against a member of the executive board at BWI at the Stuttgart Local Court. The majority of the allegations had already been dropped during the preliminary investigation.
