Proceedings against a 30-year-old defendant from Neckarsulm have commenced before the 3rd Criminal Chamber of the Heilbronn Regional Court. The public prosecutor’s office accuses him of being involved in the trafficking of nearly two kilograms of a cocaine mixture as a member of an alleged drug gang between April 2024 and September 2025. According to the indictment, the total value of the narcotics amounted to approximately €116,000.
Attorney Mathias Brenner, partner and specialist lawyer for criminal law at Stirnweiss | Brenner Rechtsanwälte, is defending the accused. At the very start of the trial, the defense expressed significant doubts regarding the investigative authorities’ account. According to a report by the Heilbronner Stimme, Mr. Brenner particularly criticized the fact that an investigating officer’s conclusions were based merely on assumptions. The defense will therefore critically scrutinize the reliability of witness statements, the evaluation of communications, and the alleged classification of the defendant within the suspected group.
