“As the spokeswoman for the Konstanz Regional Court explained, the public prosecutor’s office withdrew the appeal filed against the verdict concerning the restaurateur with restaurants in Rottweil and Villingen-Schwenningen. He was sentenced to a prison term of eight years and ten months.”, according to the Schwarzwälder Bote.
