Two brothers, aged 24 and 28, are standing trial before the Stuttgart Regional Court because the younger brother allegedly stabbed a man in the neck in broad daylight in Stuttgart-Heumaden. Live ammunition is also said to have been fired during the confrontation.
Defense attorney Martin Stirnweiss represents the older brother and is quoted in the Stuttgarter Nachrichten report.
