Acquittal Following Knife Attack in Refugee Accommodation

The case began with investigations considering attempted manslaughter, then progressed through charges of aggravated assault, ultimately resulting in an acquittal at the second trial date. At the first trial date, suspension of the arrest warrant and conditions were achieved. A complex case with many uncertainties that was ultimately resolved in accordance with the rule of law through the persistence of attorney Martin Stirnweiss.
