Successful challenge against cell search

A cell search conducted last autumn involving one of our clients was declared unlawful by the Ulm Regional Court in a ruling dated April 16, 2021.

During the search, prison officers had examined a folder containing privileged defense correspondence in the client’s absence.

The proceedings were led by attorney Lisanne Bühler, as reported by the Lichtblick-Zeitung (pp. 58-59).
