Acquittal for defendant in rape trial

Regarding the rape trial at the Stuttgart Regional Court, in which attorney Mathias Brenner acted as defense counsel, the Stuttgarter Zeitung reported as follows:

“In its reasoning, the chamber under presiding judge Rainer Gless followed the defense attorney Mathias Brenner’s motion for acquittal, as he convincingly presented his client as innocent and as a victim of false accusation.“
