A 79-year-old woman died at Tübingen University Hospital after accidentally receiving a medication far too frequently following a femoral neck fracture.
On Tuesday, an assistant physician had to answer for this before the Tübingen District Court. Attorney Sigmund defended the accused and obtained a provisional dismissal of the proceedings in exchange for a payment of 4,000 euros, the Schwäbische Tagblatt reported.
