The “hospital scandal” is currently being reviewed by the Stuttgart Regional Court, involving, among other things, excessive billing for the treatment of foreign patients.
After the 32nd day of the main trial, there are significantly different assessments of the state of the investigation and its discernible results in this complex criminal matter being conducted in the Economic Criminal Chamber at the Stuttgart Regional Court.
